misha’s brother came dressed as him and then misha walked in and everyone was like ???????????????????!!!!!!!! deangrinchester
harrowsford Eleanor Misha had his brother dress up, come into the hall & pretend to be him! Sneaky Misha!
So that momentous (and first of it’s kind) occasion at a Con where Misha decides to turn his back on us, undo his jeans and pull them down in order to show us his underwear. Misha Collins wears Sam and Dean Winchester on his butt. Profound bond or not he is an equal opportunist when it comes to Winchesters.
This is what I feel about what it is that we do. What I do for a living, which is fantastic- the greatest job in the world, I get to do something I used to do for free, I get paid to do it, I get to go all over the world and, yknow, you guys are not always sure what it is I love about doing this. Am I coming here cause there’s money here - what reason am I coming here? Do I come here for the jetlag? There’s a reason why I’m here. I didn’t come here to look at Sydney. I came here to be you you guys. And I’ll explain more. I’ll explain why. You gotta listen to the truth. What we do, we do - I come from live theatre, I come from live music, I come from performance, and in our performance, there’s this connection - we play, we make music, we do what we do, and there’s this incredible thing that we share between us and our audience. And I’m an audience member too, and I have the same feelings about watching you play, watching my friends, watching great bands, listening to, yknow, great plays - anything. Any sort of performance, whether there is passion and heart, and your soul has gone into it. Movement. And it’s that connection you have with the performer. And being in the audience, or being on the stage, there’s this sacred bond. Between us. Now when we make television, we make television amongst ourselves. We don’t come to your house, come watch it with you, as much fun as it would be to do - there’ll be a lot of houses to visit, but, we don’t get to come share that with you in the same way, in the same intimate way that we would do with live performers. We do it with this. And so I feel, that coming to these conventions and coming to these places, and getting the chance to talk with you, and meet you, and see people I’ve known, and bumped into over and over again, and listen to their great questions, and share time with, however brief the time may be - it’s a wonderful privilege. And what it does is it puts that back into the circle - and this makes that same magical thing that we get from live performers. And, yknow, for that, I have to tell you, I’m so grateful , and that I love you all for giving that to me, and to my friends. And I love coming here, and I’ll come here how many times you ask me. Thank you so much. Mark Sheppard - AHBL IV in Sydney
