Durante la Jib, la convention a Roma di questo fine settimana, Jensen ha praticamente confermato che sarà nel telefilm Tracker come teorizzavamo. Non esplicitamente, ma lo ha fatto capire in modo piuttosto chiaro dicendo di aver lavorato a Vancouver per due settimane e di essere rimasto in buoni rapporti con lo showrunner di Big Sky, Elwood Reid, tanto da averci lavorato di nuovo. Ecco, Elwood Reid è anche uno degli showrunner di Tracker. Quindi direi che possiamo aprire una nuova sezione per "Jensen in Tracker". 
Io credo che sarà presente nell'ultimo episodio. Tra l'altro il taglio di capelli che sfoggiava alla JIB, così come il fatto che fosse parecchio abbronzato, probabilmente di lampade, sembrava facesse parte di un look per un ruolo.
Dando un'occhiata al telefilm potrebbe interpretare il fratello del protagonista, che non è proprio un bel tipo, pare sia un mezzo delinquente o comunque un personaggio complesso.. -

Jensen Ackles Joins Justin Hartley in 'Tracker' at CBS
UPDATED: Jensen Ackles is set to guest star in the CBS drama series “Tracker.”
Series lead Justin Hartley revealed the news in a video posted to his official Instagram. In the video, Hartley teases that they have found the “perfect casting choice” to play Russell Shaw, the estranged brother of Hartley’s character, Colter Shaw. As the video ends, Hartley turns the camera to reveal Ackles on the show’s set.
Ackles will appear in the episode airing on May 12. In the episode, Russell enlists Colter’s help to track down an old Army buddy. “Tracker” has four episodes left to go for its first season and has already been renewed for a second.
Ackles is of course best known for his starring role in the long-running series “Supernatural” opposite Jared Padalecki. The show ran for 15 seasons, first on The WB and after when it became The CW. Ackles then executive produced and narrated the prequel series “The Winchesters,” which aired for one season. Ackles recently appeared in Season 3 of the hit Amazon series “The Boys” as Soldier Boy, a role he reprised in the spinoff “Gen V.” He also recently appeared in the ABC series “Big Sky” and made a cameo on The CW series “Walker,” which stars Padalecki.
Ackles is repped by Gersh and Johnson Shapiro Slewett & Kole.
Based on Jeffery Deaver’s novel “The Never Game,” “Tracker” stars Justin Hartley as Colter Shaw, described as “a lone-wolf survivalist who roams the country as a reward seeker, using his expert tracking skills to help private citizens and law enforcement solve mysteries while contending with his own fractured family.”

i capelli sono un pò diversi da come li aveva alla JIB, sembrano più corti, mi ricordo che quando interpretava Dean per fargli mantenere sempre lo stesso stile glieli tagliavano tutte le settimane, perchè Jensen ha una ricrescita molto veloce e noi ci lamentavamo perchè a volte esageravano tagliandoglieli troppo corti
in questo show Jensen interpreta di nuovo il ruolo del fratello maggiore, nella realtà però Justin è il più grande dei due. -
