Here’s the deal.

I was just diagnosed with breast cancer.
(For the 2nd time, but that’s another story…)
So I’ll have a double mastectomy in a couple weeks, which is fine. My prognosis is great. New boobs & no mammograms for life? #SilverLinings!

In all seriousness, the reason I’m talking about this right now is, luckily I found this with a self-exam, but my doctor told me that 50% –FIFTY% – of Americans have sought NO health care since March, *even with symptoms of illness.* And OBGYN visits are down to record lows.

Please don’t neglect your health. Get your screenings. If I had waited to seek treatment, who knows what I’d be facing.
I’m going to be fine.
I want you to be fine, too.
